Determining groups for Expression Analysis using Genetic algorithm (GA)

1. Upload Data File: Click "Choose file" to upload your input file (.txt format).

2. Download Sample Template: Get the sample text file format reference.

3. Review Parameters: Check definitions of Population Size, Mutation Rate, Generation, and Number of Clusters

4. Adjust parameter values to your preferences.

5. Click "Run" to start the algorithm and view results.

6. Use the "Reset" button to clear inputs and refresh the simulator.
